Job Description: Associate – Admin

Roles/Tasks to be performed by the associate:

  • Inventory check of the in-house stock.
  • To ensure power, water supply & air conditioning in the office all the time.
  • Cab ordering for employees and record keeping.
  • Seating plan check.
  • Managing office requirement on working Saturday.
  • House Keeping & security guard staffing.
  • Coordination with building maintenance staff to ensure timely maintenance of the building.
  • Stationary items issuing and record keeping.
  • Transportation requests.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of standard MS office products
  • Above average writing skills
  • Typing skills -25 wpm
  • Self-motivated
  • Good analytical skills for cost effectiveness
  • Ability to follow instructions and clearly defined objectives
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to independently resolve problems with diligence;
