Job Description: Associate – Admin
Roles/Tasks to be performed by the associate:
- Inventory check of the in-house stock.
- To ensure power, water supply & air conditioning in the office all the time.
- Cab ordering for employees and record keeping.
- Seating plan check.
- Managing office requirement on working Saturday.
- House Keeping & security guard staffing.
- Coordination with building maintenance staff to ensure timely maintenance of the building.
- Stationary items issuing and record keeping.
- Transportation requests.
- Knowledge of standard MS office products
- Above average writing skills
- Typing skills -25 wpm
- Good analytical skills for cost effectiveness
- Ability to follow instructions and clearly defined objectives
- Fast learner
- Ability to independently resolve problems with diligence;
